Privacy Policy

에이투비상사 operates AI-Saurus and is responsible for the personal information handled through the service, subject to applicable law.

Account: name or contact name, user ID, email address, authentication/session information, preferred locale, signup market, and Terms/Privacy consent versions and timestamps.

Optional marketing consent: whether you chose to receive AI-Saurus product updates and benefit information by email, and the related consent timestamp. This consent is optional and can be withdrawn.

Service use: product name, 1688 source URL, actual sales options, language setting, generation job/status/cost metadata, uploaded or imported product images used for a generation request.

Acquisition and traffic attribution: first and recent referral source, source/medium, landing path, UTM campaign/term/content values, supported advertising click identifiers, market page and attribution timestamps. If you allow measurement, AI-Saurus also records a random browser visitor/visit identifier, activation step and selected input method; the activation ledger does not store the raw advertising click identifier, product/source URL, email address or IP address. When you create or use an account, the consented attribution record may be linked to the account so AI-Saurus can measure which acquisition channels lead to generation and payment. If you reject measurement, only non-linkable daily totals by activation step, market and input method are retained.

Outputs: generated detail-page image, representative/supplementary images, storage paths, quality and processing metadata.

Billing when enabled: credit package, payment order/transaction identifiers, currency, paid/refunded amount and refund status. Payment card details are entered with and handled by the payment provider, not stored in the AI-Saurus application database.

We process information to create and authenticate accounts, keep records of required legal consents, run requested AI generations, preserve job/result history, prevent duplicate charging and abuse, operate credits and billing, provide refunds/support, secure the service, measure acquisition-channel effectiveness and conversion, and comply with legal obligations. If you separately opt in to marketing email, we may also use your email address to send AI-Saurus product updates and benefit information.

Account and service data is retained while the account is active or until deletion is requested, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Optional marketing-consent status is retained until withdrawal, account deletion, or another legally applicable retention event; evidence of prior consent or withdrawal may be retained where required to demonstrate compliance.

Where Korean e-commerce record-retention rules apply, contract/withdrawal and payment/supply records may be retained for 5 years, and consumer complaint/dispute records for 3 years.

Browser-extension import packages are temporary and designed to expire from extension local storage after 30 minutes once not acknowledged. Final generated assets are kept in the user's account storage until deletion/retention handling is performed.

The consented activation visitor identifier is no longer used after 45 days and is replaced on the next measured visit. Pseudonymous activation events stop appearing in measurement after 180 days and are deleted on a subsequent measured write, or when their linked account is deleted. Non-linkable daily activation totals are deleted during a subsequent aggregate write once they reach 730 days.

These providers may process data using infrastructure outside your country. AI-Saurus keeps legally required international-processing disclosures current when its provider configuration changes.

AI-Saurus stores the authentication session in browser local storage so you can remain signed in. It also stores a first-touch/recent-touch acquisition snapshot in browser local storage so referral, campaign and supported advertising-click information can survive the sign-up flow and be linked to the account after authentication. A random activation visitor identifier is created only after you allow measurement; no pseudonymous funnel record is created before that choice, and rejection produces only non-linkable daily totals. AI-Saurus does not use this mechanism to build cross-site behavioral advertising profiles, and AI-Saurus does not intentionally use advertising-targeting cookies. Infrastructure providers may process essential technical request information for security and delivery.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and information about processing. Account/result deletion requests can be sent to the privacy contact below until self-service deletion is released.

We use access controls, private result storage, authenticated APIs, server-only secrets, and least-privilege application design. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or made unrecoverable using methods appropriate to the storage medium, except records that must remain under law.
