Terms of Service

AI-Saurus is an AI-assisted commerce asset generation service operated by 에이투비상사. It creates product-page images and representative/supplementary product images from user-submitted product evidence.

These terms apply to the AI-Saurus website, account, credit, generation, storage, download, billing, and related support functions.

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a service-side security incident.

We may restrict accounts used for unlawful activity, abuse, automated attacks, payment fraud, infringement, or attempts to bypass credit controls.

For the MVP, one newly started complete generation job uses one credit. Up to two automatic representative-image regeneration calls within that same job are included and do not consume extra credits.

Re-downloading saved results and retrying result persistence do not consume another credit. The detail-page body is generated once per job and cannot be regenerated. Starting a genuinely new generation job consumes a new credit.

A classified technical failure that prevents AI-Saurus from providing a usable deliverable restores the consumed credit. A usable result released with a quality warning after the included retry budget remains a completed, charged generation.

When live billing is enabled, credit packages are prepaid. The checkout page displays the final currency, tax, and payment amount before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by Paddle or another disclosed payment provider.

AI-Saurus does not require users to provide payment card numbers directly to the AI-Saurus application when checkout is handled by the payment provider.

AI generation is probabilistic. AI-Saurus uses source-evidence locks, quality review, and limited automatic regeneration, but cannot guarantee that every generated image is error-free or suitable for every marketplace.

You must review product identity, options, quantities, claims, dimensions, compliance statements, and usage scenes before publishing. AI-Saurus does not guarantee marketplace approval, ad performance, conversion rate, legal compliance of a particular product, or commercial outcomes.

You must have the right or lawful basis to submit product images, links, text, brand assets, and other source material. You grant the service only the permissions reasonably necessary to process, generate, store, and deliver your requested outputs.

You may not use the service to infringe third-party rights, create deceptive product representations, impersonate others, or generate unlawful content.

AI-Saurus currently relies on infrastructure and processing services such as Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, and, when billing is enabled, Paddle. Availability may be affected by these external providers.

The separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Unused paid credits may be eligible for refund under the Refund Policy. Credits already consumed by a generation that has begun are treated as used, except when a qualifying technical failure restores that credit.

We may update functionality, pricing, retry limits, or service architecture for security, quality, capacity, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes affecting existing users will be announced through the service or other reasonable channels.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. For other losses, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not cover indirect commercial losses that are not attributable to our breach or fault.

Korean law applies to the service operator to the extent applicable. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in a user's jurisdiction may also apply where required.
